The trulli houses Antiche Dimore are situated in the town of Ceglie Messapica (art town and land of gastronomy), in the quarter called Angelo di Maglie; they were built in about1780. Originally the trulli houses were the country houses of the farmers who used them also as tool sheds and barns for the cattle.
They have been renovated in accordance with the traditional rules; local builders called ‘trullari’ have worked to recreate the original structure. 
There’s a group of three trulli houses, detached one from the other to guarantee the independence and peace of the guests, surrounded by a park of 6 acres of secular olive trees mixed with several types of fruit trees (walnuts, cherries, almonds, chestnuts,). Learn more about our region.
