On a 27 hectare estate in the lower Ceglie Messapica hills, offering accommodation in characteristic "trulli", conical stone roofed houses, the agriturismo is surrounded by nature, from which it draws its renowned short chain and strictly organic produce (extra virgin olive oil, Primitivo wine, grain, vegetables, fodder, grapes, “maritati” figs, legumes, fresh and dried fruit, “Senatore Cappilli” wheat and more), all of which can be purchased from the farm.


There are four stone rooms with beautiful views, surrounded by olive and fruit trees, with air conditioning, minibar, hairdryer, environmentally friendly courtesy sets, Wi-Fi.

Two suites, built in traditional trulli, with kitchenettes and private gardens.

Two rooms with barrel vaults looking over the olive grove on one side and a small courtyard on the other (the Junior suite also offers a private outdoor space with tables and chairs).

The generous breakfast features homemade tarts baked using the farm’s own produce.

The Ferrari room, available for recreational activities, houses a display of some of the most important moments of Cesare Fiorio’s sporting career (for example, the body of Mansell’s F1 Ferrari, winner of the Brazil GP). Fiorio was truly enchanted by the Apulian welcome: "I lived almost my whole life not knowing Puglia. When by chance I had to opportunity to visit it, I understood that this was the place where I would have loved to have lived my life. And after selling off all my other property, I moved there, and as well as making it my home, I wanted to help people to get to know this wonderful land, where everything is still genuine and authentic”.

For lovers of cycling and running, there are trails through olive groves; farms and trulli; or the nearby riding schools offer horseback trekking.

In the woodland surrounding the agriturismo, guests will enjoy the trekking trail; or why not take a dancing lesson with expert Pizzica dancers in the farm's courtyard, enjoy a percussion lesson, or sample typical cuisine.
